It's a college weekend in Columbus
It was my first time to go to Columbus which is just like a little over an hour drive from where I stay. My friend, Mark has been inviting me to come over at his place for quite sometime now. And now was a good time.
Columbus downtown was really much better than here in Dayton. My first night was a blast, we hopped from one bar to another. I met Mark's friends and they were really nice. We also went to
Easton mall which is just a stone throw away from Mark's place. (envy!!!)
I was there at the right place and at the right time. I learned that the
Ohio State Univ football team is playing against Texas on Saturday. I'm not really a football fan, but if you can't beat them, join them (hmmm..maybe just for this time hehe). Especially when the state's team is really doing good. We watched the game in Yen's place which is just near the university campus. So you could imagine the students going loud and jubilant after the win. I remember being in college and my alma mater winning in UAAP games...then I stopped...thinking...ang tanda ko na! hahaha!
